I asked for tech help this AM and really got nothing. The download was order no. [order number removed], and
my payment authorization no. is: [removed]. I need help, and what I would like is a tech support phone no.
that is for a living person and not a recording. Also, my phone no. is: [phone number removed] (land line). Just to repeat
my earlier e-mail, I use windows, but when I entered the code: [code removed], it rejected Windows.
I ask again, why is the code the same for Mac and Widows? Anyway, I don't know what to do. I need help, so
