IRS has announced tax relief for victims of severe winter storms, flooding, landslides, mudslides . They have until Oct 16th to File returns & pay taxes. Currently tax relief is available to any area designated by FEMA. The current list of eligible localities is available on the disaster relief page on IRS.gov. The IRS automatically identifies taxpayers located in the covered disaster area and applies filing and payment relief.
