Due to some pretty extreme life stuff, my wife who normally files our taxes just didn't do it for the past two years. We didn't file for an extension or anything. We usually don't owe anything and get a refund but now that we're so overdue it's become even more stressful and anxiety inducing.
What are the consequences of filing this late? Should we just wait and do it all at once in 2023 at this point?
