Thanks for clarifying that you are using TT Desktop Premier. I currently have a case with the same situation as yours, and am able to see both the checkmark in the No box next to the 1099 question on Schedule E, as well as the QBI Component Worksheets when saving the PDF with all calculation worksheets. Try clearing your cache and cookies to see if this makes a difference. If not, you may want to call our support line at 1-800-4INTUIT (1-800-446-8848) to speak to a Product Support specialist.
