I got a somewhat similar message (below) today (2023-10-15), so it wasn’t fixed by the update of Friday 07/14/2023. I had just checked for updates, so that part of the message was a bug; the “hiccup” part seemed more accurate. (I ignored the canned advice here to reinstall; that’s rarely the solution to a server bug.) Quitting the app, checking futilely for updates for the fourth time, and retrying did work.
