I paid to upgrade from Deluxe to Premier. However, after accessing the email from TurboTax, and going into my "Downloads" the download is still Deluxe, not Premier. Why?
Even when I did a full un-install and then re-install with the newly downloaded .exe, I still get Deluxe. And at no point am I asked for the new License code. I thought maybe it just needed to get to the point when it needed premier, and will prompt me to upgrade. I did that, and then put in the code that meant that I had already paid. After that it again congratulated me on upgrading to Deluxe, not Premier.
