the fields of Missouri Income Tax Withheld for Nonresidents Smart Worksheet
A: empty (cannot be modified)
B: MyNumber (can be modified; and will copy to MO-1040 line 39)
C: empty (can be modified; and copy to MO-1040 line 40)
D "Missouri Income tax withheld for line 37. Subtract lines B and C from line A": empty (cannot be modified)
then, the MO-1040 form:
37: empty (cannot be modified) "Missouri tax withheld - attach Forms W-2 and 1099"
38: empty (can be modified)
39: MyNumber (cannot be modified)
40: empty (cannot be modified)
41: empty (cannot be modified)
42: empty (can be modified)
43: empty (can be modified)
44: MyNumbery (sum of line 37 to 43)
then, try to "Transmit Returns Now"
Turbotax Premier back to:

the only way is "Change Filing Method" can work. The program error still.
