So you are looking for the Total amount of Taxes withheld for the State of MO entered on the tax return. If you go to the left hand panel for tax tools, tools again, view tax summary, then view MO you should see the total amount of taxes withheld for the state return. Enter that number in the section that is recording the error. This should correct the issue at hand.
If that doesn't correct the issue because there is no tax withheld simply enter 0.00 in the form field with the error and that will rid your error and you can continue to file. I do recommend running another error check before hitting the last stage for finish and file.
