I think there was a bug in the desktop version. When I go with below steps, I do see it has $ amount in there.
To enter, change or delete a payment made with an extension request (Federal, State, Local) -
Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
On Income Taxes Paid, click on the start or update button
However, with your instruction to check the forms, I do see Schedule 3 line 10 was empty.
So, I went back and removed the amount. saved it .. then came back and added the amount back. This time it worked.
