I filed an extension for my 2022 Fed Inc taxes. I paid the estimated balance due. Why is Turbo Tax is still showing the full balance as due when I go to file?

I used Turbo Tax to file the extension, and completed form 4868, so I figured it would know I paid the amount.  But do I still need to fill in the amount I paid somewhere, perhaps in the same form as quarterly estimated taxes?
