your error message seems unresolvable, since Ca 540 claims I had a W-2 with state taxes deducted. Can not find any W-2 wks that the error message refers to. WE have no w-2 , both retired. Furious that I've been trying to figure this out since August and your program is NOT helpful or user friendly. Just e-filed Fed tax, but am coming up on deadline for Ca state also. Call me and walk me through this!!!
