Specifically, when I submitted my 2022 taxes for federal and the state of Arizona, using the basic Turbotax program which I purchased directly from TurboTax and download on my windows computer, I made errors by leaving out two things: 1. estimated tax payment for Arizona, and, 2. a tax credit that I should receive for charitable contributions to a specific charity, recognized by Arizona for this purpose. I’ve spent about six hours with TurboTax people that tried to help me, but when we’re not able to do it. I’m willing to pay for CPA assistance from TurboTax. This specific technical problem I’ve been having is that when the Turbotax non-experts attempted to fix my problem, the software appeared to be going wild. For example, a 100 dollar change could result in $3000 increase of my tax obligation according to the summary at the top of the screen, which provides the current status of refunds or payments due. When attempting create an amended return for Arizona, we were unable to fix that problem. So I need someone who understands both the program and my tax situation and Arizona tax credits. I don’t know where to go for that. And would appreciate your advice. Thank you. Incidentally, I’m willing to pay.
