One other thing, @Fedschedule:
The report you're looking for in your PDF is not titled "Depreciation and Amortization Report" or "Form 4562".
Rather, it's titled, "Schedule E Worksheet (name of property) -- Depreciation Report".
On the test returns I saved, it's near the bottom of the list of forms in the PDF.
