Some 1099's are for income, others are for deductions, so where you will enter them will depend on which type you have.
Income entries will be under
- Federal -> Wages and Income
Deductions will be under
- Federal -> Deductions and Credits
In both cases, you may need to expand the 'More' sections at the bottom to see the exact type 1099 you have.
