Did not receive 1099-B because under $10 | Box A or Box C Transaction?

Hello. I have one transaction in a WeBull trading account in 2022. Because profits did not exceed $10, I did not receive a 1099-B.

However, I think brokers are still required to report to IRS even though they don't issue a 1099-B to clients, correct? I also requested a cost-basis record from WeBull's clearinghouse of this transaction.

Should this transaction appear under "Box C Short-term transactions not reported to you on form 1099-B." or "Box A Short-term transactions reported on Form(s) 1099-B showing basis was reported to the IRS"?

Box C is correct in that I did not receive a 1099-B. But Box A seems correct for accounting, especially if I traded this same ticker in other accounts, and had to consolidate gains/losses/wash sales.

Thank you.
