22 - Interactive Brokers Import into TT Premier - NOT WORKING

I've spent days on this with Interactive Brokers with numerous phone calls and the opening of tickets for tech support.  Interactive unequivocally stated the issue was with TurboTax and directed me to contact TT.  They state all the data is there for download and that I've connected successfully.  The error I received from TT is "This import was unsuccessful.  There isn't any tax-related info to import right now. No problem - we'll help you enter the information and continue with your return."
