IF TT's electronic, online version has been updated to acknowledge Alameda County, CA as having experienced a disaster in 2022 and given an automatic tax extension, why am I being charged a Failure to Pay Estimated Taxes fee online? How can I obtain an explanation for the application of this fee. And if it is an error related to the automatic extension for the disaster, how can I "undo" this penalty in TT before I file?
