reporting customer service reps

I was just on the phone with someone named monique, within the last 30 minutes of this post, and I requested to speak with a supervisor, and she said: "alright, one moment" which is agreeing to get me a supervisor, she kept saying things that were completely irrelevant to the situation, and completely irrelevant to my request and she kept talking so I had to interrupt her and all of the sudden, her tone completely changed. she then told me that she would not get a supervisor and kept telling me that "im sorry that's how you feel" telling me that YOU guys taking money out of my refund for something i didn't need, want, or use is a feeling? sorry but that's not it lol. she was rude, unprofessional the SECOND she doesn't like something, and purposefully tried hanging up the call because she was done with the conversation and it wasn't to her liking. I was completely pleasant, and calm with her and she had zero right to come at me like that, that is NOT how customer service reps are trained.
