Start a dummy tax return on that computer and download your state file. Once that is installed your taxfile should open fine. It does need to be a taxfile and I don't know how to get around if it is coming through as a document. Someone from support might be able to help with that. There have sometimes been issues with copying a taxfile to a flash drive.
