I don't know if this is helpful or not but I had a similar issue with filing my GA return - is your problem with GA or some other State ? - the moderator of this thread had some information from TT that this was a TT issue with GA and it took them 2-3 weeks to resolve. I kept looking for updates and then one week the update "took" and I was able to file my GA return. If you are trying to file multiple returns at the same time - I suggest shifting to do one return at a time to see what the offending State might be and see if there is more information on the threads about your issue.
