If I am owed taxes according to TurboTax, but have never received them, what should I do?

I filed both 20 and 21 with TurboTax and it stated I had a return coming, but I never received either of them. Who do I contact? I've paid TurboTax for the service, so due to their guarantee, do they owe me too?
