You can determine what to put on your W-4 by using the tools on the last screen of the Withholding Estimator, the Results screen, where it tells you that you will owe tax. Scroll down to where it says "Adjust Your Results to Avoid Owing a Balance." Move the slider to select the approximate refund amount that you want. Then scroll down a little more and click the plus sign next to "How to Adjust Your Withholding." It will tell you exactly what to put on each line of the W-4.
