I'm running Ventura 13.4.1 (c) as noted above. The update that I installed was the update offered when I opened TurboTax. I don't have a link for it. I'm using the Home and Business CD version of TT.
I was able to e-file my federal and state returns after this update was installed. I'll keep checking the status of my returns to make sure they are actually into the systems and being processed.
It looks like there are multiple problems listed in this thread so multiple updates may be required to fix them all.
