normally at most there are only 3 - income, w-2 wages and UBIA. however, if there are entries on 2 or more of lines 1 2, or3 on Part III you need a k-1 for each the 199A info goes with the respective k-1.
the other possibility is that there are multiple partnerships involved in which case you should have gotten a supporting schedule breaking down each line in part III by the respective partnership. this also requires entries on two k-1's and the 199A again goes with the partnership.
if neither of these is your situation you need clarification from your partnership.
