while it is true that the deadline to claim a refund for the 2019 tax year is July 17, 2023, the Recovery Rebate Credit (stimulus) pertain to the 2020 and 2021 tax returns, so there is a lot of time left to claim these credits.
To obtain refunds, the filing deadline for the 2020 tax year is May 15, 2024 and the deadline for the 2021 tax year is April 18, 2025.
