I do not have access to New York forms but for California the forms can be located by selecting VIEW in the top menu , Then select FORMS, then click on OPEN FORM icon. A list will appear with all the forms available in TurboTax. Enter the form number in the search bar. Once you have it open you can edit by entering data in the yellow highlighted areas. Your return should automatically recalculate if the date is entered correctly.
