Until you confirm you have done that (which nothing in this thread indicates you have) and what it states, NOTHING we can do can help you. It's just a waste of everyone's time.
1) was the debit from your bank account a credit on the 2022 transcript?
2) is there a credit sitting on the 2023 transcript?
if the answer to 1) is "yes" and the answer to 2) is "no", then what is the issue?
