Take note that each rental property will have two 4562's that print in landscape format. One is titled "Depreciation and Amortization Report" and is most likely the one you're looking for. The other is titled "Alternative Minimum Tax Depreciation Report" and it only comes into play if at any time during your ownership of the rental, AMT requirements came into play. While not all that common, it's not impossible considering it's been a rental for 20 years or so.
