What are you talking about??? At the time of filing, TurboTax asks how I want to pay the IRS the amount calculated & owed. Then TurboTax asks me if I want to use a credit card to pay the taxes owed… I did that (thru TurboTax online) and can see their fee in my cc statement (in addition to the actual tax payment) for having used my cc to pay the tax!
