Hi, @tburbano ! The best solution is for Step 2 of the W-4 form to be filled out for both jobs, but steps 3-4b for only one of the jobs. Therefore, it might be advisable for your wife to submit a new form with Step 2 filled out. You should also fill out Step 2 for the new job.
