I am holding non-qualify ESPP issued on 2005, and find that E*TRADE record is missing FMV of purchase date, and company discount rate. It simply put the purchase price (after %15 discount) as cost-base, rather then the FMV of purchase day.
If I sale the stock, the 1099-B will have the lower cost base reported. Does Turbo Tax allow me to edit the cost base field?
