How do I retrieve the summary report of the depreciation history for a rental property? I know I have seen one before but now cannot figure out how to get the report from Turbotax. The property has been rented for twenty years and in the event it is to be sold soon, I would like to know what my adjusted basis is in the property to figure out the tax implications if there is a large capital gain involved.
