When I got in touch with the irs, they said if I e-filed, they typically receive it in 48 hours. My biggest problem, is that when I hit the Return and File or review and file button on the final step, it only gave me a pop up which gave me several options to pay off my federal taxes, one of which being apply for a payment plan which I did. But TurboTax failed to recognize that it was complete and thus I was never able to, or given the option to file. Can you please help me file this so I can dispute the penalty for filing late and receive my state tax refund?
