If you live or work in a state that has state income tax, the IRS Wage and Income Transcript does not have the state and local information from your W-2. You should contact your employers and ask for duplicate copies of your W-2s. If you can't get them from the employers you can get a complete copy of your W-2s from the Social Security Administration, but there is a fee of $126. See the following link.
