Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Carl,

Do you work for Intuit? I didn't think so. So why don't you let someone who works for TurboTax answer the question. Riddle me this Carl, Why are TurboTax's current payment methods (e.g. Direct debit, Credit or Debit Card, Check or money order, IRS Installment Agreement and Cash (at retail partner)) any different from provding an option to use ACI Payment, Inc. and payUSAtax.com? TurboTax is already a "middleman" for the existing payment options so what's the difference? And both payment options I've suggested are considered an acceptable payment option by the taxing authority, the Federal Government (Note: I don't care about state tax as I live in Texas.)   All TurboTax has to do is provide an E-File  option for these two payment options redirecting the user to their website and potentially transfer relevant information to complete the payment. TurboTax was built to make tax filing easy so why not continue that model by expanding the payment options to make it easier to pay?

The taxing authority, Federal Goverment, accepts ACI Payment, Inc. and payUSAtax.com using PayPal.

TurboTax is already a "middleman with the payment options they offer. There are several different ways to pay your tax bill in TurboTax (e.g. Direct debit, Credit or Debit Card, Check or money order, IRS Installment Agreement and Cash (at retail partner). How is adding ACI Payment, Inc. or payUSAtax.com
