How to correct TurboTax online error that prevents e-filing?

  • TurboTax 2022 Online imported my 1099-INT "Recipient’s address and ZIP code" incorrectly.
  • "Recipient’s address and ZIP code" are found in the "Additional Payer and Recipient Information" section of "Form 1099-INT Worksheet".
  • TurboTax detects the error during review, but does not allow me to correct it. To correct it, I need to manually edit the `Foreign Country` field, but TurboTax disabled the option to edit it.
  • This is clearly a TurboTax bug, but until it is fixed, how can I manually edit the `Foreign Country` field?

  • Note: I have already paid and am able to print the PDF forms, but I am unable to proceed with e-file. I am not interested in "File by Mail". Please help me fix this.
