Yes, the Jump to links don't always work. Here is how to enter it in TurboTax Desktop:
- Select Federal, then Deductions & Credits.
- Select I'll choose what I work on, on the right.
- Scroll and find Estimates and Other Taxes Paid.
- Select Other Income Taxes.
- Scroll down and click Start to the right of Withholding not already entered on W-2 or 1099 (near the bottom).
- Answer the first question Yes.
- Under State withholdings, select Georgia from the dropdown menu and enter the amount of Georgia state tax withheld.
- Click Continue in the bottom right corner and proceed with you return.
