Yes of course, with the Desktop version. I do the returns for two others in my family. Just create a new file (even better, use a separate folder) for each person, and use their info to download any info (such as W-2, 1099). Fed efile is free upto 5 returns, but of course you pay for each State return efile.
If you want to do this online, as far as I know you will need a separate login for each return.
