so I was able to go through the pa-40 forms, change it to an individual instead of joint form, and check all of the boxes to say that the rental income was not from PA. So this return now essentially matches the one I submitted through the other system... Annoying.
I still however cannot figure out how to submit my DE amended return through turbotax???
