Yes, you need to correct the Cost Basis on your 1099-B entry from $0. The brokers don't know what you paid for your shares when they vested. You should have that information, and change the cost basis to that amount. It may be included in your Etrade info, or you may get it from your employer documentation (may be on your W-2).
You will then most likely see a small net gain or loss from this reporting.
Enter your 1099-B info, and continue to screen where you can indicate you need to adjust the cost basis (cost basis is incorrect).
