Thank you for the excellent response. Unfortunately, I already paid the fee and submitted my taxes...and they have been accepted. I knew I was eligible for zero fee, but feel tricked into paying the $99 fee and opening a Credit Karma account for faster deposit of my small remaining refund. Do I have any recourse now???
