Does long covid count as a disability? I've been out of work for a year due to ongoing issues.

I'm not permanently disabled in the sense that I'm blind or an amputee, but have had ongoing issues with blood pressure spikes, numbness tingling,  head pressure/headaches, joint pain and ear issues.
