Can you change the OneDrive language settings to see if this resolves your matter? To do this, please see the following instructions:
- Login to https://onedrive.live.com/ website.
- Click on the displayed language (Chinese in your case) at bottom of the page next to "Report abuse".
- Click on the Language and select the desired language from the dropdown then click Save.
- The page will be reloaded into the language you selected.
