its a turbo tax scam plan, they create a error in the code so that they can legally charge you the full fees but not have to actually allow you to use the e file program. sneaky way for them to siphon off your cash and not give you what you paid for. just look at the responses from the "experts" they are a super scam service that is only taking advantage of us and stealing the money that the government didnt already steal.
I paid full e-file prices and got screwed the same way. should have stayed with H&R Block for sure.
