CarissaM - thanks. I am doing an amended return and the original had all the details of transactions, not the "rollups". If I only provide rollups now it is going to look suspicious. I really need to download all the details and that means getting TT to access Schwab and get them for me.
I looked at the Schwab website 1099 Dashboard. It has pdf, csv, and XML versions of the forms on the dashboard. But, it only shows the current year UNLESS you change the pulldown from Year-to-date to something like last-5-years and then hit search. I suspect that TT is looking at the current year, nothing is there for 2019 and then it gives up. The Schwab folks (2 of them) have sworn to me that they took nothing down from 2019. It is just a matter of TT doing the search for data in a complete fashion. At least that is what I currently believe. Can you have someone contact me directly and help out? I tried coming in the 1-800 route and got only a confused computer conversation. Thanks.
