If I "flip" one home in 2023, can I be considered as a investor, rather than a dealer trader?

I am looking into flipping a home this year on my own. My wife and I both have regular income at 9 to 5 jobs and would look to do this on the evenings and weekends. If we buy, flip, then sell the house in less then one year, would we be considered "investors" where we can avoid the additional FICA taxes, or "dealer-traders".
