Thank you. Box 4 on my 1099G is for Federal Income Tax Withheld not the Taxable Amount. 100% of what was received was taxed. I had requested that taxes be withheld. It is a minimal amount we are talking about, but the amounts are correct. I deleted the 1009G, reentered everything, and still came up with the same error.
