This was less than obvious to find for the desktop software. So in Home & Business 2022, click the "Search Topics" BUTTON at the top of the screen - NOT the 'Search' magnifying glass icon on the right (which only provides a solution for the online version, naturally). A small window will open after clicking the "Search Topics" button, enter "IP PIN", then click the only choice in the results list, "ip pin". This will jump you to the right place in the software, where you indicate someone has received the CP01A, and the next screen is where you enter the number.
