I am filing an amended return for 2019 using the 2019 version of TT H&B. When I try to connect to Schwab and import tax documents I get a popup saying "This import was unsuccessful. There isn't any tax related info to import right now...."
But this was not the case in 2019 as I clearly remember getting this data imported. When I look on the Schwab website I see various forms for this period going back even more years, I just don't want to type them in manually. Is this a TT problem or a Schwab problem? I can't tell.
Is there a way to download the Schwab forms and insert them into the TT without using the direct link download as an alternative?
