When I enter a zero in Column C it is accepting it in that field, although it will not in Column A or B. When I leave it blank, it is indeed giving the red error and will not proceed. Try it with a zero and see if it will let you Continue.
If it will not take the zero, try this work around of putting .01 (one penny) in each entry for Column C which has entries for Column A and B. It will be a number that the program will accept and because it rounds down, it will calculate zero for the annual sum.
